Developer Rates

I am looking to implement Sugar CRM for my company and anticipate a few small to medium size modifications/customizations/integrations.
I'm interested in getting a range of rates for such work.

Please respond with any recommendations.

We use blended rates that combine low cost offshore with project management and design here in the US. Rates can vary based on project size. This is the best way forward rather than just working with a hard to contact off-shore team.
