We are buying a Zultys IP PBX (model: MX250) and need advice / assistance with integrating this with Sugar Professional. There are some other threads on this subject but they are rather inconclusive and a little out of date.
We are looking to implement click to dial and also create an automated call record at the same time. Any help gladly appreciated.
