JCRM Timesheet and invoice

Hi

timesheet and invoice module looks good. but i need the following

a. pdf creation along with timesheet and invoice details in the PDF.
b. how do i modify and customize the pdf images and other details

Yeah I've been looking at trying to update this for a couple of weeks now ... The module comes from just crms but I don't think they've been very active - last update was for version 5.0 but I could do with allowing a custom bill (pdf) template, and for me what would seal it would be to be able to book time against any Sugar activity (specifically tasks) ...

But I think it may be a case of changing the code ... I can't seem to find the author - website is offline .....

Current holders of SuperTimesheet license will be able to purchase SuperInvoice for $50.
The price is not yet approved finally.

Superman I would gladly pay even more if you could add a couple of features...

1) Rates ... Invoices can only be calculated as a result of hours vs rates ... Ideally rates would be applied to employees but since that's not edittable in studio I'd love to see it in timesheets

2) Invoices should be printable (or mail-mergeable) onto an existing document. The thing I was going to do with JCRM TIME and INVOICING was amend the supplied Invoice sheet. As long as we can do that with Super-Timesheets I'll be happy.

3) Time should be bookable by tasks, and cases for each account. I have (for other reasons) chosen not to use project and project tasks, and I see you've enabled cases but tasks would be great too.

4) Small thing - but I LOVE the stop watch function in JCRM ... They seem to have disappeared so I fear that development may have stopped - but it's one of the things I thought was very cool - the ability to start the clock against a case - start working - and then stop it when ready ...

As I said - I have a client waiting for some of this - and I'm part way through developing with JCRM but I'm nervous it will break with the next Sugar release....

Let me know what you think (and how much!) - or stick it in Studio and we'll have a go!

Hello Lordforbes,

1) Rates surely would be enabled in SuperTimesheet. I'm just thinking about the most simple and easy way to integrate Hour Rate into SuperTimesheet?!
(More over, SuperTimesheet will have also new field Amount and Matrix pages would have dropdown field to make users decide which fields they want to fill in currently: either Actual Hrs, or Billable Hrs or Amount.)

2) Invoices would be printable (PDF-format). While generating invoice you'd be able to modify Billable hr fields, Net total, Total effort and then generate pdf. But yes, it is better to have a generated document, which would be editable.

3) Attaching Tasks to SuperTimesheet could be bought by you Some people ask me to attach Opportunities, Bugs etc.

4) Start/Stop timers already implemented in SuperTimesheet (visit http://supertimesheet.net and see demo)
