Hi guys,
I'm using the lotus connector 3.5.4 and Sugar CRM Professional Version 5.2.0k, sometimes when I send an email with attachments to CRM from Lotus, one of the attachments is missing from CRM.
The document is attached correctly to the selected contact, the email text is displayed OK, one of the attachments is displayed and one is missing.
You know what could cause this problem?..... i think that the problem is caused by a special character (accent in french) from the document name, even if the connector allows me to skip the character the document is stii not attached.
