outlook plugin case and priority options

i have installed the sugar plugin for outlook. from that plugin i can add a case. Awindows pops up and i can fill a form. that form contains a priority listbox (high, medium, low) ... in sugar i have changed the priority listbox with different values (next business day, instant etc). in sugar itself this is all good, but not from the plugin. the plugin contains still the old values and the new values from sugar are not adapted. is the priority listbox in the outlook plugin fixed and this cant be changed? (same for status)

other question that i have about the plugin and adding cases.
is it possible to add the attachment from the email directly into cases? i dont have this option, but is this because my cases form in sugar doesnt allow attachments. If i add attachments to the cases form, will it be possible from the outlook plugin to add attachments directly into sugar/
