There are many add-ons that do this.

One way: plug-in for Outlook syncs with Sugar Events.
And then, a second plugin for Outllook syncs these events with Google Calendar.
So Sugar Events are sync'ed to Google Calendar through Outlook.
Of course, this only syncs when Outlook is running.
