We were using Tandem DB in our environment for transaction processing.

We are planning to deploy Fonality and Sugar CRM in our environment. For the same we would like to integrate Sugar CRM with Tandem DB to pull out customer information and show it in Call center agent (Call center application is going to be Fonality with CTI integration) screen.

Please let me know the feasibility of integration of Sugar CRM with Tandem Database.
