Hey Jeff,

Trying to recall but I think we ended up just making a customization in Sugar that allowed screen pops from our phone system. Don't remember the restriction but it may have been an authentication issue. We never did the click to call because we don't do outbound calling.

I'm using Version 5.5.4 (Build 1246) - Community Edition. My html editor isn't working. Is this a bug? Is there a fix?
